No matter what you are trying to achieve having a calm and focused mind-set is a great asset.
If you are trying to let go high levels of stress or unhelpful thought patterns that might be getting in the way of natural conception, then a relaxed and calm state mind is most definitely your starting point.
If you want to reach out with your awareness and make contact with the soul essence of your future babies then a quiet mind is absolutely essential.
Wherever you are on your journey parenthood knowing how to cultivate a calm mind is a wonderful skill to have.
