Let’s be honest, not every day is easy!
Some days, despite our very best intentions we can find ourselves overwhelmed, or stuck with negative emotions that are at best uncomfortable and at worst actually bad for our health.
Perhaps you have been trying to get pregnant without success and your days are increasingly filled with worry and anxiety about ‘what’s wrong’.
Maybe you are already pregnant, but not too happy with the circumstances you find yourself in. Or maybe today has just been a bit much and tipped you over into worry and anxiety.
All of these situations are entirely normal.
But at the end of the day it's good to let go of low vibrational energy such as worry, anxiety, sadness, or fear.
Take a few moments at the end of the day to let go of any emotions that don't belong to you, or that have maybe built up and got suck in your energy field.
It's good to end your day with as much peace in your heart as you can.
