There’s no two ways about it, smoking is dangerous. It’s dangerous for you and potentially very dangerous for the well being of your unborn baby. Not only that, if you are a smoker and struggling to conceive then one of the first things you can do to help yourself is to quit.
Here are just a few of the many reasons why it’s so important to go into a pregnancy smoke free.:

But nicotine is addictive and it may be that part of the reason you haven’t quit yet is because you are struggling to break the habit.
So today I’ve made a short video of hypnotic suggestions for you to help you become a non smoker.
Listen to it daily until you simply no longer have the desire to smoke.
For some people this happens very quickly, for others it may take a little longer to generate sufficient desire to become a permanent non smoker. Please also be aware however, that in some casesone to one work with a therapist may be recommended, to address any deeper emotional issues or to help you release high levels of stress.
In general, the more often you remind yourself, that now is the right time to become smoke free, the faster the results will be.
