Everyone feels worried, anxious and stressed from time to time. That's natural. But if those states of high anxiety or stress aren't regularly released they can build up and start to damage your health.
Many cases of infertility are due to this alone. If the body experiences a state of fight or flight for too long, a consequence can be not feeling safe enough at a subconscious level to open up to new life.
Fortunately there are many excellent ways of releasing stress and worry. Sometimes deep work is required to uncover past traumas or hidden beliefs. More often though you can do this important work yourself just by dropping into a quiet mind space for a few moments and engaging with the information your subconscious mind is showing you.
